Janice C. Nichols, MS, PPMC, PMP
Founder & CEO
Bio
Janice C. Nichols is an accomplished administrator, leader, facilitator, and trainer with extensive experience in healthcare and human services, organizational leadership, operations, performance improvement, project management, strategic partnerships, workforce development, and community engagement.
During her leadership career, Janice has directed multi-county operations, managed multidisciplinary teams, developed strategic partnerships, overseen fiscal performance, implemented performance-improvement initiatives, and helped organizations strengthen service delivery and expand their reach. Her regional leadership experience included growing operations to increase staff and expand service territory, and revenues.
Her broader professional experience includes training, career counseling, community resource development, public assistance programs, human services, mental health, and ministry. As a trainer and facilitator, Janice has developed learning experiences in change management, leading through change, psychological safety, and leadership development.
